Terms & Conditions

All Tour packages are provided by Beyond the Valley LLP ('BTV'), a company registered in Pakistan (company number 01953054), also licensed by the Department of Tourism Services, Punjab Pakistan (DTS), with its Registered Office and main trading address at 1st Floor, 255-MB, Phase 6/C DHA, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan 54792.

Booking/Reservation

Any part or all of the travel arrangements made on behalf of the Client with the Suppliers for transportation, lodging, sightseeing, and other related travel and trek services, except services of a supplementary nature.

The Company

Beyond the Valley and/or anybody acting on behalf of or for the Company, provided that such person has been duly authorized and is acting within the scope of his or her responsibilities.

The Client

The individual who applies for the Company's services (directly or indirectly). This includes, but is not limited to, a person who applies for his or another person's use or advantage, whether as a principal, agent, or subcontractor. In the Company's Application to conduct Business form, the Client shall include any other person acting on behalf of the Client or whom the Client represents.

The Conditions

These terms and conditions as well as the terms and conditions of the principal, if applicable.

The Traveller/Trekker

Any person (whether or not that person is the Client) who uses or benefits from the Company's services. A prospective Traveller must be included in the Traveller.

Travel Agent/Tour Operator/Consultant

Any party other than the Company who has made or secured any travel bookings or arrangements for the Client.

The Services

Any travel or other service, facility, product, or matter incidental thereto of whatsoever nature arranged or to be arranged by the Company (whether directly or indirectly) to or for the Client or the Traveller. This shall include, but not be limited to, the providing of advice or information, the booking of reservations for accommodation, transport, or the like (whether by air, land, or otherwise) or any other service or facility provided by the Company which the Company, in its sole and absolute discretion, deems necessary or ancillary to the services or facilities requested, or anything else associated with or related to travel.

The Principal/Supplier

The provider of accommodation, transport, and all other relevant services or products arranged by the Company, or any services ancillary thereto provided by the principal or any other party.

Please note that to book any of the activity tours ('Tours') described on our website ('Site') you must agree to be bound by these Booking Conditions. Your completed booking request will be treated as confirmation of your acceptance of our Booking Conditions. If you have any questions about the Booking Conditions, please contact us for clarification before booking.

• 25% deposit per person is required to secure your spot.*
• The final balance is due 60 days before your Trip Start Date.
• Full payment is due at the time of Booking for trips starting 60 days or less from the date of Booking.

*Final acceptance of any participant is subject to receipt and review of all required forms, documents, and payment.

• The Company reserves the right to cancel any trip because of internal reasons, including but not limited to inadequate signups, loss of staff due to injury or illness, and significant damage/loss of inventory.
• If the Company cancels a trip for internal reasons, a refund of the total amount paid will be given, including the deposit. The Company is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by preparing for the trip (for example, non-refundable advance purchase air tickets, clothing, equipment, visa fees, medical expenses, etc.).
• If a trip or reservation is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to public land closures, civil unrest, public health emergencies, and natural disasters, a refund of the total amount paid will be given, including the deposit.

If the Client cancels or leaves a trip for any reason:

• 60+ days before the trip start: a full refund minus $50 per person.
• 59-30 days before the trip starts: refund of 50 percent of the trip cost.
• Less than 30 days before the trip starts, or once the trip has begun: no refund, trip credit, or transfer of payments.

If the Client transfers from one trip to another, there may be transfer fees resulting from any permit or lodging deposits made on your behalf. Otherwise:

• More than 60 days before the trip start date, you may transfer from one trip to another with no associated fees.
• Between 59 and 30 days before the trip start date, there will be a $50 per person transfer fee PLUS the cost of any non-refundable lodging, campground, or permitting fees paid by BTV.
• Less than 30 days before the trip start date, regular cancellation and refund policies will apply.

• We advise all of our guests to take out travel insurance. It will help you during your travel period.
• The Company won't be liable for illegal activities and other serious concerns other than those stated in our contract.
• All requests relevant to the travel procedure must be in writing.

The data and information collected by us are treated as strictly confidential as they are our clients' intellectual property. We are aware of privacy invasion issues and are obliged not to misuse data and information. Intrusion of privacy and solitude, public disclosure of private facts, appropriation of name or likeness, and false light will never happen; we have a trustworthy team working on it.
