We use your details only to run this community and never share them. Guests who travelled with us through another company are not part of this programme.

Guest Community

Terms

Short, clear and fair, so you always know where you stand.

    Who can join. Guests who have completed a trip booked directly with Beyond the Valley ("BTV Direct"). Trips booked through our partner tour operators are not included. We do not market to those guests and do not keep their data after the trip.

    Membership. Membership is free and automatic once a BTV Direct trip is completed. Benefits may change as the community grows.

    Recce invitations. Recce invitations are limited, by invitation, and at cost.

    Introducing a friend. A member who introduces a new guest (someone who has not booked with BTV before) who completes a trip is thanked as follows. The new guest receives 5% off their first trip, applied when they name their introducer at booking. The member receives a USD 100 credit on their next BTV Direct journey, and BTV contributes USD 25 to the Karakoram Porters Care Initiative in the member's name, for each completed referral. The credit and contribution are issued only after the introduced guest has completed their trip.

    Returning guests. 5% off a member's second BTV Direct trip, and 10% off their third and later trips.

    Group rate. Four or more guests travelling together on one booking receive 10% off.

  7. 07

    One offer per booking. Only the better of the available offers applies. Offers do not combine with early-bird rates. The returning-guest offer sent in October 2026 stands on its own terms.

  8. 08

    Validity. Benefits are valid for 24 months from the end of the member's last trip, on all BTV Direct departures.

  9. 09

    Credit. The USD 100 credit is applied to a future BTV Direct booking and is not paid in cash. It does not combine with another discount on the same booking.

  10. 10

    Your details. We use your information only to run the community and will not share it. We keep your details for as long as you are a member and delete them when you leave.
